On June 20, 2013, APhA Chief Strategy Officer Mitchel Rothholz, BSPharm, MBA, provided an overview of the profession’s immunization activities, to the CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). The presentation covers the history and focus of pharmacy-based immunizations, developing “immunization neighborhoods,” and training of immunizing pharmacists.
